1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within:

12 hours of placing order

After this, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund is only applicable if:

• Product is damaged

• Wrong product delivered

Customer must inform within:

24 hours of delivery

with photo proof.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund is NOT applicable if:

• Customer does not like product

• Minor color difference

• Incorrect address provided
